Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Ava Mae Interiors. These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website sells home interior products. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site immediately.

 

Ordering Online

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please notify us immediately if there are any errors on this email. A further email will be sent to confirm when your order has been dispatched and only at this point, a legally binding contract formed.

We have the right to not accept an order for any reason.

 

Accuracy/Product Description

We display the colours and images of the items we sell as accurately as we can. However, we cannot guarantee that this is a true reflection of the item you will receive as the colours and brightness can vary depending on the device you are using.

Many of our pieces are handmade and have a unique aged/rustic appearance, therefore some natural flaws are to be expected.


Pricing

The prices we charge for our products are displayed on the website in GBP. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If on the rare occasion that there is an error, we will contact you straight away with the option to cancel with a full refund.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. We endeavour to have all orders delivered within 2 – 4 working days however cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

 

Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund. The delivery charge that you paid is not refundable unless your item is deemed faulty.​ You must send your order back to us at your own cost unless the item is faulty. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we can't be held responsible should your return go missing.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and that delicate items are carefully and securely packaged. â€‹Once your return has been received and checked over, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account. 

 

We take great care to carefully package our items, however should you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us some photos of the damage to customerservices@avamaeinteriors.com within 14 days

Use Of The Website

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

Intellectual Property

The contents of these pages including without limitation, photography, images, text, logos, and all other intellectual property are the exclusive property of Ava Mae Interiors.

You recognise and agree that by uploading any content to Instagram using #avamaeinteriors that we reserve the right to display these images on our social media pages and our website.

 

Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Ava Mae Interiors harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ava Mae Interiors, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ava Mae Interiors assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service.
