If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at customerservices@avamaeinteriors.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide more details about how to return your purchase.

You must send your order back to us at your own cost unless the item is faulty. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we can't be held responsible should your return go missing.

 

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and that delicate items are carefully and securely packaged.

Once your return has been received and checked over, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account. 

 

Faulty Items

 

We take great care to carefully package our items, however should you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us some photos of the damage to customerservices@avamaeinteriors.com within 14 days
